Purpose of Job
To do backflushing, order material, receiving and transferring of material on SAP, stock control, verification of finished product before being dispatched to Caps Plant. Compliance with all SHERQ procedures in daily operations.
Key Accountabilities
Housekeeping to maintain 5s standards
Do stock count of all the raw material in the production area
Do visual inspection and use relevant measurement tools and verify compliance of product produced in the plant.
Do fault findings on non-conforming product.
Completion of production documents
Movement of cut elements into the heated storage area
Be able to work under pressure
Consciences and diligent
Detail oriented
Maintain a high standard of integrity
Fosters teamwork and collaboration
Able to work on your own with little supervision
Support & participate in Epex implementation
Attend Task force meetings
Formal Education
Grade 12 with Maths and Science
Working Experience
2+ years’ experience in Explosives manufacturing
