Recruitment Description

The main purpose of the job will be to drive the digital learning experience and adoption within the Energy Business, develop learning & development teams digital capabilities, establish and implement Technical Coaching and Mentoring structures and programs within learning and development

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Digital Learning Experience and Adoption

  • Drive the Digital Learning Adoption Strategy through implementation of the digital learning strategy and leveraging on internal and external stakeholders as and when required to:
    1. understand the digital learning needs of the L&D team, the Energy Business and assist with curation of the relevant digital learning content, and associated communication and collateral where required.
    2. Drawing up and communication of miGrowth (Percipio) adoption statistics and
    3. Curate and publish of the Monthly Learning Connection (Digital Magazine), Learning on the go (Learning in the Flow of work),
    4. lead the digital learning campaigns,
  • Drive Digital Learning Experience within the organization through the implementation of relevant Learning Experience platform and integration of relevant digital learning platforms and libraries.

 

Digital Competencies and Capabilities:

  • Establish and implement and effective digital capability framework for the Learning and Development Team focusing on the relevant current and future skills and capabilities by understanding the team’s development gaps and needs, then putting in place structured development programs.
  • Actively and proactively assist in development / facilitation of Learning and Development Team’s digital capabilities which may include Data Analysis, Visualization, etc.

 

Technical Coaching and Mentoring

  • Establish and implement a Technical Coaching framework for the Learning and Development team, linked with the Learning and Development team development program and aligned with internal processes and industry best practices where required.  
  • Establish and implement Technical Coaching and Mentoring governance structures which included the following: Identification and screening of coaches, defining the roles and responsibilities of coaches, developing and maintaining a code of conduct and ethical standards for coaches. developing and maintaining a model and framework for the training of coaches as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the coaching and programmes. 
  • Ensure that a database of training and qualified coaches is established and maintained so that it can be leveraged for further business needs. 

 

Learning & Development Team Effectiveness and Communication

  • Ensure that the Learning and Development SharePoint and Internet sites are always relevant and updated by regularly engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the relevant stakeholders within the Learning and Development Team to facilitate surveys, consolidate feedback, establish and track actions to close the gaps and track progress thereof.
  • Work with Skills Academy Managers in consolidation the feedback from the Learner, Learning Practitioners and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) surveys and establish common and specific actions to close the gaps and track progress thereof.


Formal Education

Relevant University Bachelor's Degree in Education or Economic and Management Science

 

Min Experience 

0-2 Years relevant experience 

Experience in implementation of LXP and Learning Digital Solutions

Data Analysis, Data Scientist , Data Visualization using relevant tools / platforms
