Shape the people side of the transformation and build a strong corporate culture. As a Change Management Lead, you will drive the successful development and implementation of change. You will empower managers and departments to effectively implement initiatives, embed new ways of working, and build change management expertise company-wide – with a tangible contribution to business success.
Key Accountabilities
- Development and ownership of a holistic change management approach for International Chemicals and ensuring consistent, scalable implementation.
- Creation and implementation of change management plans in close collaboration with the business units (including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, impact assessment, and risk assessment).
- Monitoring and evaluation of change management and communication plans and deriving optimizations together with the business units.
- Central interface between business, HR, and communications teams to optimally utilize synergies and integrate measures.
- Development, identification, and continuous development of change management competencies within the company – together with partners and colleagues.
- Development of minimum standards, frameworks, toolkits, and interventions to support managers in various change initiatives.
- Continuous development of methods, tools, and practices that guide managers and HR teams through the change process.
- Identification and management of interdependencies in the implementation of interventions and tools company-wide.
- Transfer of knowledge and experience to all relevant stakeholders, as well as regional and local support for the tailored adaptation of transformation initiatives and tools for smooth transitions during organizational change.
Formal Education
- University bachelor's degree
Working Experience
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience and strong leadership skills.
Required Personal and Professional Skills
- Comprehensive and in-depth experience in the design, implementation, and management of change management approaches in complex, cross-departmental transformation programs.
- Strong business acumen, a deep understanding of corporate strategies and transformation objectives, and the ability to translate strategies into actionable change roadmaps, thus fostering a positive corporate culture.
- Strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills across all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to manage dependencies and interfaces and foster effective collaboration across departments.
- Hands-on mentality, structured working practices, results orientation, and change agility.
- Fluent in German and English
