Purpose of the Job
Provide Controlling Services to the International Chemicals Organisation.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse financial data and model business scenarios to support managers and business leaders
- Collaborate as a business partner with various departments to support informed operational and strategic decisions
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analyses and performance summaries
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend actions based on financial analysis
- Supporting the alignment of budgeting, forecasting processes and long-term planning within (International) Chemicals in coordination with Group Finance
- Validation and reporting of monthly actual International Chemicals financial results to Group Finance via OneStream, BW and other reporting systems in alignment with the finance organisation of the regional platforms
- Support management with ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment evaluation. Supporting regular PVPY - Price Volumes Prior Year Analysis for Group Finance
- Contribute to continuous improvement in FP&A processes, financial systems, and reporting efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, supporting internal and external audit processes as required
- Supporting clear communication of results, insights, and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, including preparation of results presentations
Formal Education
- University Degree in Finance, Engineering, Chemistry or related
Working Experience
- > 3 years of relevant working experience
Required Personal and Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of Reporting systems such as Business Warehouse, SAP, Onestream
- Strong Partnership Skills
- Working across organizational lines
