Purpose of Job

  • Owns the entire document control process from document reception, file, maintenance and provide when it is required;
  • Responsible for the document store first-line maintenance, follow up all necessary action to ensure the building/room is complying to the standard;
  • Coordinates and manages all site documentation and technical information throughout the respective life cycle.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform documents registration (details of the document are entered into a register and a unique correspondence number is created or recorded)
  • Perform filing hardcopies or soft copies onto electronic document management system
  • Perform document tracking (signing out) and follow up
  • Ensure the entire MOCA (Management of Change Administration) is followed
  • Ensure best practice and of document storage (hardcopies and softcopies) are in conformity with standard
  • Support/ coach the stakeholder on document storage
  • Take ownership drive improvement project and support the organization to comply on safe keeping of documentation
  • Always strive to adopt best efficient system and document accessibility  

Formal Education

High School / School Diploma or similar

Working Experience

Experience: 3+ relevant years
