Purpose of Job

  • Create, change, validate and rationalize SAP-PM (Preventive Maintenance) Module master data to maintain data integrity through all SAP-PM systems;
  • Ensure timely and quality data standards exist and perform the data entry of Equipment and Preventative Maintenance information in SAP’s Plant Maintenance module;
  • Identify SAP master-data issues, make recommendations and implement solutions to optimize Work Management Processes and Procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure timely and quality data standards exist and perform the data entry of Equipment and Preventative Maintenance information in SAP’s PM module (includes Equipment Lists, Functional Locations, Bills of Materials, Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Items & Plans, Maintenance Task Lists, Material Masters, Equipment Maintenance History Files upload);
  • Participate in the enhancement process for SAP improvements;
  • Technical support to users on issues related to SAP PM Master data queries;
  • Conduct Plant Walk downs for Asset Verification & Validation;
  • Audit and cleanse master data sets including duplicate records in compliance with naming and address standards and conventions;
  • Define and plan planner groups. main work centers, and work centers in SAP PM;
  • Analyze, validate, prioritize, and execute requests for mass maintenance to ensure the appropriate standards and governance rules are maintained;
  • Train and support colleagues in the field on the required maintenance data;
  • Clean up of historical work orders and notifications.

Formal Education

High School / School Diploma or similar in Engineering: Electrical

Working Experience

Experience: 5+ relevant years in Maintenance Practice
