Purpose of Job

Sasol in Mozambique is offering ten (10) internship opportunities for young Mozambicans who are recent graduates from Higher Education or Technical Vocational Institutes and who wish to participate in a 12‑month production learnership program at Sasol.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to undertake their internship in Temane (Central Processing Facility), depending on the number of available vacancies in the areas described below. For these positions, priority will be given to candidates with no professional experience and those residing in the districts of Inhambane Province where Sasol operates.

Please Note

The Sasol Mozambique Internship Program will include the following training areas:

  • PSA-IPF Plant - Production Learner: 3 vacancies available
  • PSA-Plant - Wells Learner: 3 vacancies available
  • PPA - Production Learner: 4 vacancies available

Minimum Requirements

  • Be a Mozambican national, hold a valid Mozambican identification document, and reside in Inhambane Province, preferably near Sasol’s operational sites (this will be an advantage).
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Be a recent graduate in the academic year 2024/25, in the areas mentioned above.
  • Never have previously benefited from a professional internship at Sasol.
  • Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Formal Education

  • Hold a Level 4 Vocational Certificate in Natural Gas Processing as a minimum requirement; having a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Process Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering will be an advantage.
