  • Facilitate communication between reliability engineering and works management teams to ensure that all maintenance and project initiatives are informed by reliability analysis.

Integrity Management:

    • Coordinate with inspector (AIA) teams to conduct integrity assessments, including inspections, corrosion monitoring, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
    • Implement and monitor integrity management plans that assure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a liaison between reliability engineering, works management, and integrity management teams, promoting a collaborative approach to asset management.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure that the organization remains compliant and competitive.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize software tools for data analysis to generate reports on reliability performance, equipment failures trends to identify areas for improvement, and maintenance activities.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on reliability performance, integrity status, and recommended actions

Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure all reliability and integrity efforts are compliant with relevant industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in internal audits and inspections to verify compliance and to recommend corrective actions as necessary

Formal Education
