Purpose of Job

Ensure that sound financial management and reporting practices are implemented and applied in the Business Unit. Ensures effective, accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders. Participates and provides input in business decision making, financial management of the business unit and also ensure the effective management of the financial people. Support the cost and profit centre managers with financial analysis and intelligence in a proactive and positive/ critical attitude to facilitate decision making as well as to evaluate the effect of decisions made.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the correct allocation of costs in the various objects of the cost of operations of the installation;
  • Perform end -of -month closing diaries and necessary steps to ensure adequate financial reports;
  • Run several monthly month -end reports, such as, but not limited to: installation performance, maintenance report, feasibility report, cost center report, cost survey, recoveries;
  • Provide timely information on budget status management, real monthly reports, including consolidated level variation analysis, as well as individual cost owners;
  • Budget process and report forecast at a consolidated level of VP / Functional Chief, as well as by owners of individual cost centers;
  • Responsible for the execution of SOX and other internal controls in the area of ​​liability also identifying areas of improvement;
  • Active participation and implementation of decisions related to plant cost management;
  • Continuous improvement in the process of management reports;
  • Guidance to cost centers owners on financial decisions, including scenario analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Maintain SAP structures and prepare data in the TM management report system.

Formal Education

University Bachelors Degree in Economy or Business Management

Working Experience

Experience: 6+ relevant years in Accounting or Management
