Purpose of Job
The PSA is an integrated development which includes the design, construction and commissioning of an initial gas processing facility to enable the commissioning of the CTT power plant followed by an integrated oil, gas and LPG production facility.
The PSA Marketing primarily role is to ensure integration between Business, Commercial and production functions to ensure product delivery as per contractual commitments under the different agreements and management of internal and external stakeholders
The incumbent will participate actively and potentially lead relevant activities in the implementation of hydrocarbon management solution required for the gas, light oil and LPG nomination process, contract monitoring, production, measurement and allocation and invoicing process.
Key Accountabilities
Operational, Financial and Technical
• Managing the hydrocarbon management system and ensure integration with existing PPA gas management system and SAP
• Manage the PSA hydrocarbon sales, as per the contracts, in coordination with the PSA asset
• Compiling Gas, Light Oil and LPG billing within M+1 (by one day after month end)
• Responsible for compiling and managing the marketing and sales budget and forecasts for PSA
• Responsible for reporting, billing as per customer contracts and compilation of reconciliation statements
• Responsible for monitoring nomination to against plan and supply deviations.
• Compiling the Marketing and Sales Dashboard
• Executing SOX test on gas prices
• Mozambique Operations STI tracking, updating and reporting
• Coordinate the Sales of Light Oil in conjunction with the trading team
• Handling customer’s enquiries
• Reporting gas/light oil/LPG quality data to customers
• Lead development and compilation of the annual planning report
• Support commercial negotiations as required
Relationships, teamwork and Collaboration:
• Ensure that the PSA gas value chain contribution is maximised through management of all decision analysis activities for the sale and evacuation of gas in Mozambique and SA.
• Project Management and Coordination: Perform active part in the framing of different initiatives as required by the Asset. Intervene in projects and activities as requested by the Senior Manager Business.
