Key Accountabilities
- Assist with the implementation of digital tools and systems such as new SAP functionalities, Advanced Planning System etc.
- Operate and maintain the digital P&O tools, maintenance of the product data integrity, BOM etc.
- Use SAP and BW data to analyse optimize the existing business process.
- Customer order scheduling and prioritization. Prioritize orders according to the agreed business rules, takin into consideration of inputs from M&S, production, customer service and supply chain etc.
- Production planning and scheduling optimization (to be confirmed later): Review production plans, compile weekly and daily production plan, provide guidance towards improvement and liaise with different players. Review production constraints and sequencing rules. Manage the implementation of regional production and planning processes for the responsible production units in cooperation and accordance with the appropriate organizational functions. Update the production plan timely according to the change of sales demand and raw material supply situation. Report the implementation of production plan regularly.
- Providing the planning input to the regional research and development activities for the responsible product lines in cooperation with the regional R&D Function.
- Assist to Planning Leader for problem solving and economic analysis skills including scenario modeling

- Ensure governance and adherence to policies and laws in all actions.
- Constantly monitor KPI’s processes and to initiate corrective measures and actions in case of deviations. Work with and between functions in the product area of focus to resolve problems such as disposition of off-spec product, late shipments, responses to customer requests, and resolution of issues that affect earnings in the product area of focus.
- Ensure adequate communication is maintained between functional groups to allow effective execution of plans. Examples of this can include reports, variance analyses, email updates, and meetings.
Formal Education
- Chemical Engineering or Other Technical degree
Working Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply chain with coordinating among Sales team, Product management, Procurement, Operations, and related technical areas.
Required personal and professional skills
- Experience in SAP and advanced planning systems
- Excellent with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- With good senses of number, data analysis skills, logical thinking, and memory ability.
- Experience dealing with co-producers and customers in a commercial environment.
- English skills (written & spoken)
