Key Accountabilities
Non-Technical Learnerships
Induction and work-place readiness
Management of learners and graduate
Coaching and mentoring
Develop strategic plans
Monitor class attendance and performance
Monitor facilitors’ performance
Develop and implement goals and objectives.
Ensuring learner registration and compliance with different SETAs
Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
Ensures learner goals are met
Provide performance report per learner
Maintain a healthy work culture.
Monthly meetings with Service providers to monitor their performance.
Provide performance report per service provider.
Maintain internal and external stakeholder management
Provide career guidance to all learners/graduates trainees
Monthly engagements with internal stakeholders
Quarterly meeting with service providers.
Provide monthly progress reports
