Purpose of Job
Lead enterprise change management and people transformation by shaping strategy, aligning stakeholders and enabling sustainable adoption across the Sasol Group.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead enterprise change strategy, governance and execution across the Sasol Group.
- Define change scope, integrated plans and stakeholder engagement approaches to enable effective delivery.
- Embed frameworks, tools and ways of working that accelerate adoption and sustainable transformation.
- Partner with business, Human Resources and Group Communications to align delivery, messaging and outcomes.
- Shape and embed culture principles that strengthen customer centric behaviours and transformation intent.
- Oversee communication, impact and risk management plans that support complex change initiatives.
- Monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness and recommend adjustments that improve adoption and business value.
- Build culture and change capability through strategic partnerships, leadership enablement and continuous improvement.
- Design standards, frameworks, toolkits and interventions that equip leaders to drive behavioural change.
- Manage interdependencies and rollout of transformation interventions and tools across businesses.
- Use insights from culture measures, employee surveys and benchmarking to strengthen engagement and productivity.
- Maintain trusted stakeholder relationships and provide expertise to customise regional and local transformation solutions.
Formal Education
- University bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification
Working Experience
- Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience
