Purpose of Job
Enable plant stability through optimization of planning processes with support to planning personnel to ensure effective and productive utilization of systems and processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Consistently deliver on all service level agreements.
- Deliver quality, cost effective service and support on time.
- Awareness, focus and control of cost/budget.
- Accept and implement Technical expertise and advice in order to improve business performance.
- Technical/operating systems and models- Produced new value adding service and product delivery that transformed an aspect of the business.
- Establish and ensure that professional standards for service provision are met (Policies, practices, standards, procedures and methods: application and review).
- Values behaviour, Personal development and effectiveness. Leadership accountabilities to reach results (where applicable).
- Company values and goals support and promotion.
- Support vision and values and goals.
- Performance goals agreement and alignment- Expertise developed in others.
- Improve personal technical and specialist skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that work and project plans meets the technical and professional objectives.
- Analyse recommendations and problems and design and design solutions and implement them effectively.
