Purpose of Job
Coordinate and perform the Learning administration required to support and enable the delivery of learning to employees within the academy. Support the Learning Manager with reporting. Record keeping and archiving of all learning interventions.
Key Accountabilities
Coordination of all Discretionary Grants activities
Coordinate QALA administration applications & reports
Keeping the Learning Management System updated for reporting purposes.
Creating a database, compilation & labelling of boxes with archived files & documents.
Electronic Scanning of documents. Compiling of an index per box and indicating files sent on Academy database.
Coordinate RPL, ARPL & Trade Test related admin activities for non-contracted candidates.
Update and submit ARPL & Trade Test Stat reports to NAMB. (for contracted and non-contracted candidates.)
Follow up on outstanding certificates with CHIETA, NAMB & QCTO.
Registration of 18.2 (NPE) & 18.1 Learners
Validate Learnership Agreements and Employee contracts and follow up on errors and outstanding signatures & compulsory documents.
Constant follow up on learner certification processes.
Complete, submit and file Terminations & Extension of Learnership Agreement forms to CHIETA.
Update LMS for reporting purposes.
Formal Education
Working Experience
3+ relevant years of experience
Knowledge of Discretionary Grants for Learnerships
Knowledge of National Artisan Moderating Body (NAMB) administration processes
Knowledge of QALA application & Learner certification processes
knowledge of Learnership registration processes with SETA's & QCTO
