Purpose of Job
Maintain integration of data between contract management system and SAP to provide a seamless flow of information considering governance and compliance requirements
Maintain contract enablement master data in SAP.
Perform purchase order price changes for contracted goods and services in SAP on instruction from the commercial specialist.
Key Accountabilities
SAP Ariba to SAP ECC integration of contracts (development and implementation)
Maintain system competency and access requirements to perform SAP Ariba Contract Integration
Maintain centralized repository of requests for contract integration
Prioritize requests in accordance with request load and urgency
Identify Purchase Requisition automation problem areas and address appropriately
Maintenance of source list and quota arrangements
Maintenance of automation rejections
Maintenance of purchase order price changes
Comply with database policies, procedures, standards, and regulations including Data Protection Act
Provide support and training to users on proactive and reactive data management
Formal Education
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Min Experience
3 relevant years in an Administrative or similar role with SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S4Hana experience
