Purpose of Job

The Regional Training coordinator plays a key role in the successful execution of learning delivery within a designated OME and/or geographical area. The Regional Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and recording of all scheduled and planned training events within a designated OME as well as the execution of multi-functional training administrative duties within a designated OME. The Regional Training Coordinator is part of the Regional L&D Specialist team and will be responsible for the upskilling, mentoring and coaching of HR Novice Trainees (when applicable) pertaining to Regional and OME learning delivery standards, systems and processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Planning, scheduling and managing the bookings of internal and external courses and training events

• Training related reporting and analytics

• Management of training related facilities and equipment

• Document control, inclusive but not limited to the capturing of training history and training related record keeping

• Upskilling, mentoring and coaching of HR Novice Trainees (when applicable)

• Administrate learning on SAP LSO and T@W LMS according to Regional IM and HR Standards

• Stakeholder engagement and support, inclusive but not limited to client facing engagements and meetings

• Multi-functional training administrative duties inclusive but not limited to the loading of PRs, notifications and requests
