Purpose of Job

The purpose of this job is to support the implementation and coordination of Culture Transformation and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives aligned with group and regional minimum standards, helping to foster a values-driven, inclusive culture that supports high performance. Work closely with the Senior Specialist and HR teams to deliver practical solutions that support business requirements and enable an engaging, inclusive employee experience. Provide operational support and insights to help the business embed culture and D&I initiatives that contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent.

Key Accountabilities

•    Support the Senior Specialist and HR teams in implementing Culture Transformation and D&I initiatives aligned to business and regional priorities.
•    Assist with identifying opportunities to promote a values-driven, inclusive culture within teams and functions.
•    Coordinate and support the execution of employee engagement and culture activities, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
•    Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on engagement, culture, and D&I indicators to identify trends and inform actions.
•    Provide administrative and logistical support for culture and D&I programs, workshops, and communications.
•    Contribute to awareness and learning sessions, helping leaders and teams strengthen inclusion and collaboration.
•    Build and maintain positive working relationships across HR and business to promote participation in culture and D&I initiatives.
•    Stay informed about emerging trends and practices in Culture and D&I to continuously improve delivery.

Formal Education

University Bachelors Degree

Working Experience

Experience: 6+ relevant years

Working Experience

•    6 years relevant HR experience, with demonstrated exposure or interest in supporting Culture Transformation, Employee Engagement, or Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at OME level.
•    Understanding of how culture and D&I initiatives contribute to employee engagement and organisational performance.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
•    Good facilitation and interpersonal skills to support workshops and stakeholder engagement.
•    Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
•    Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
