Purpose of Job
- To develop and implement community affairs undertakings in line with the CSI strategy, in support of the business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that the team is focused and deliver on key priorities including high quality provision, high standards of health and safety, and efficient communications.
- Assist Manager Social Impact in implementing projects.
- Assist in developing plans for progress and growth.
- Contribute to the overall development and maintenance of all projects.
- Ensure efficient running of the team.
- Contribute to training and development of the team.
- Supervise the performance of all duties in compliance with health and safety and all related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
- Support and track the progress of projects.
- Deal with issues/problems as they arise to minimise impact.
- Liaise with teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data/records/documentation as specified.
- Develop and govern the implementation of procedures and SLCs.
- Contribute and align community activities with the company CSI strategies at optimal cost.
- Define strategy components pertaining to the recreation and hospitality in SOE.
- Drive recreation and hospitality initiatives
Formal Education
- 3-4-year Relevant University Degree
Working Experience
- 6+ relevant years
