Purpose of Job

  • To contribute to the identification of Learning and Development needs and coordinate the plans behind the design, development, management and delivery of Learning and Development solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify basic L&D needs within assigned areas.
  • Support the design and scheduling of training programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate program logistics and participant enrollment.
  • Document feedback for training improvements.
  • Maintain and update training schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers.
  • Ensure compliance with L&D protocols.

Formal Education

  • High School / School Diploma or similar

Working Experience

  • Experience: 3+ relevant years
