Purpose of Job
- To develop & execute the initiation, design, implementation, and facilitation of communications initiatives aligned to stakeholder requirements and business drivers. Ensure consistent editorial messaging across channels in line with policies, ethical standards, and project management practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, Design and Execute communication activities
- Promote and embed brand across the organisation
- Develop and embed communication frameworks
- Create customised communication plans
- Establish communication governance and processes
- Identify target audiences and engagement strategies
- Communicate professionally to diverse audiences
- Monitor and track communication effectiveness
- Report insights and provide recommendations
- Develop communication calendars
- Drive innovative communication approaches
- Develop communication materials (newsletters, brochures, templates)
- Ensure alignment with brand identity
- Promote digital communication adoption
- Plan and coordinate events
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Apply risk and safety frameworks
- Maintain continuous professional development
Formal Education
- Relevant 3–4 year University Bachelor's degree
- A post graduate qualification will be an advantage
Working Experience
- 6+ years relevant experience
