Production Lead ETO

Purpose of Job

• Organize the production smoothly and run the plant with good performance on quality,
• Efficiency, safety, environment and occupational health continuously.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for production organization, coordinate relate departments on up-stream and down-stream to keep the plant running with high performance on produce to plan.
• Makes operators to comply the requirements on product quality, efficiency, safety, environment protection and occupational health system (QM&SHE system).
• Management the trainings for operators, identifies the training requirements for operators.
• Transfer the risk thinking method to operators and encourage them to do operation after risk assessment.
• Keep and trace the OEE of the plant, report and improve the OEE.
• Engage the BBS (Safety in Heart) tools to maintain and keep improving on the safety performance without incident.
• Engage the lean and 5S management tool to keep good house work in plant.
• Encourage the operators to think the improving opportunities on process, equipments etc.
• Ensure the correcting and prevents actions are employed in operator’s practices.
• Internal audits the practicing on QM&SHE system.
• Organize process improvement to improve the quality, cost and stability of the plant.

Formal Education

• College or above education in chemistry, chemical engineering or specifically surfactant

Working Experience

• 5 years or longer of relevant working experience in an international chemical plant

Required personal and professional skills

• QM & SHE system internal auditor
• Risk based thinking
• Good interpersonal skills and high communication capabilities
• English in reading, speaking, and writing
